From October 10th to the 24th of 2024, our team from Faith-Based Ministries had the incredible opportunity to partner on the ground with Apostle Zeeshan Rahmet and Evangelistic Team Ministry in Lahore, Pakistan. This time was uniquely special, as we witnessed the power of God move mightily among the people. From the bustling streets of Lahore to the humble brick trade communities and remote tribal regions, the Lord led us to minister His love, healing, and deliverance to countless souls.
One of the most impactful parts of our journey was our time with the workers in the brick trade. These families labor under harsh conditions, yet their hunger for the Gospel was undeniable. As we shared the Word, prayed, and ministered healing, we saw the light of Christ break through the darkness. Many experienced physical and emotional healing, while others gave their lives to Jesus, finding hope and freedom for the first time. Their testimonies were a powerful reminder that no circumstance is beyond God’s reach.
The crusades we held in Lahore were nothing short of miraculous. Each night, hundreds gathered to hear the Gospel, and the presence of God was tangible. We saw people healed of various illnesses—those who had suffered for years suddenly stood up, walked, and rejoiced. Demonic oppression was broken, and many were delivered as they encountered the life-changing power of Jesus Christ. The hunger for God in Pakistan is overwhelming, and witnessing so many coming into a fresh intimacy with Jesus was deeply humbling.
Our team also traveled to more tribal regions to host a pastor’s conference. Here, we poured into local pastors and leaders, equipping them with biblical teaching, encouragement, and prayer. These men and women of God serve in challenging environments, experiencing great persecution yet their passion for the Gospel is unwavering. It was a privilege to stand with them, affirm their calling, and strengthen their faith so they can continue shepherding their communities with boldness.
During our stay, we were blessed to work closely with the teachers, assistants, and children at the primary school connected to Apostle Rahmet’s church. The joy and energy of the children was contagious, and their eagerness to learn was inspiring. We shared Bible stories, prayed with them and over them, and encouraged the teachers in their mission to provide education rooted in faith. Seeing the dedication of these educators reminded us of the power of raising up the next generation in the love of Jesus Christ.
Through every encounter, every prayer, and every message preached, we saw the Holy Spirit moving powerfully. There was a unique outpouring for those who had never encountered the tangible nature of the presence of God, and found a greater freedom in Jesus Christ. There were many testimonies of healing and deliverance, affirming that God’s hand was upon this Kairos time.
Leaving Pakistan, our hearts were full, knowing that the seeds planted would continue to grow. The church is thriving, the people are hungry for more of God, and the pastors and leaders are pressing forward with renewed strength. We are grateful to have been part of this divine assignment and we look forward to going back and seeing how God continues to transform lives in Pakistan.
